As a fully insured and licensed medical home health care agency, we offer an extensive range of services to families in Delaware, Montgomery, Chester, and Philadelphia counties. Our in-home health care services include everything from companion care to assistance with daily living activities.

At JTK Healthcare & Human Services LLC we take a proactive approach to client care, closely monitoring each client to ensure that we catch and care for any emerging issues before they become emergencies.

All our care services are overseen with regular assessments by a licensed nurse to effectively address evolving needs.
